Install Ice-E on Debian 8

Debian 8 amd64

Includes: Runtime and SDK for Ice for C++ and Python; cross development packages for armhf.

sudo dpkg --add-architecture armhf
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://pgp.mit.edu:80 --recv-keys 5E6DA83306132997

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install zeroc-ice-all-runtime zeroc-ice-all-dev
sudo apt-get install libzeroc-ice-dev:armhf
